Probably the most important items you'll buy!
This best advice here is spend as much money as you can afford!

You will require the following:

ACU approved Helmet
Once Piece Leathers - (No 2 piece)
Gloves
Race Boots

The race helmet must have an ACU approved gold stricker on it. Buy a decent set of once piece leathers, that fit you well.
I would also recommend at decent back protector, worth their weight in gold!

1. How much does it cost?

I would say at least 650 pounds. The best time to buy clothing is towards the end of the year, when retailers are trying to get rid of last years colours/designs.

2. Where do I get them from?

All over the place! At The Bike show or Superbike and RoadRacer show you should get some great bargins!
